Shipping Policy:

We typically ship product 24 - 48 hours of receiving your order.

We are located in Southern California so shipping times vary from region to region.

West Coast: 3-4 Days

Mid-West: 4-6 Days

East Coast: 5-7 Days

International: 2 weeks

These are typical shipping times, they do not account for unexpected delays such as weather, holiday season or other unforeseen circumstances.

Return Policy:

We take great pride in the quality of our products and customer service. We value your loyalty and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any doubts or questions regarding your purchase(s) please reach out to us at golphinhos@gmail.com so that we can work with you on finding a solution.

 

Defective or Damaged:

If your Golphiñhos product arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturer or shipping issue, we want to make it right! Send us a picture or two showing the issue to golphinhos@gmail.com. After we receive your pictures we will try and fix the issue to the best of our capability or fully refund or replace the item(s) at no additional cost to you.

 

Order with incorrect item:

If you received item(s) that were not what you ordered, contact us at golphinhos@gmail.com and we will work with you to correct the mistake.

 

My package is lost or missing:

We are sorry to hear that your order has not arrived.

Please reach out to golphinhos@gmail.com and let us know. We will investigate the situation immediately and work with you to find a resolution.

 

Changed your mind or just want a refund:

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with our product. Email us at golphinhos@gmail.com that you want to return the order and we will work with you on finding a solution. We review requests on a case by case basis, here are some of the details we take into consideration:

If over 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund. The items must be in the same condition that you received them and in the original packaging. The items must not have any damage.
